Community-Based Health Care Services
Community First Health Centers has sought to make a positive impact on Michigan’s St. Clair and Macomb Counties for over 40 years. We provide community-based health and human services that promote the physical, mental, and emotional health of all members in the community.
Since 1975, Community First Health Centers has provided quality medical, behavioral, and educational health and support services to the communities of St. Clair and Northern Macomb Counties, assisted by private and public funding sources. When needed, language translation (including sign language and methods for communication with the hard of hearing and deaf) are utilized during appointments and care staff interactions.
